Welcome to one of the world’s largest youth-serving NGOs.

We’re so glad to have you!
If you’re reading this you have successfully navigated our digital Learning Management System (LMS). It houses an ever-expanding set of resources for JA staff and volunteers in Canada, and also our digital Campus with the online versions of our student programs (jacampus.org).
This Onboarding program is divided into three courses
You can go though these courses at your own pace, and there will be a few games and simple challenges along the way to reinforce your understanding.
First you will learn about JA Worldwide and our organization’s global impact. Next, you’ll be introduced to JA in Canada, and finally you’ll be provided with specific information about your local office and your role.

We hope you find the content useful, informative and even energizing as you start your journey with JA. We also welcome feedback, so please let us know if you have any suggestions about how to make this process or the content even better!
